I finally fixed the last crash bug in the z buffered triangle.ape \o/

With some help from Jaak, I also translated AVSTrans to C++, making it possible to include it in a .ape, which i eventually did
The result is a totally self-contained syntax enhancement APE for AVS, which you can see here: [link]

Both APEs are still in their beta stages, so I can't vouch for their correct function and non-crashyness, although neither of them has ever caused an AVS crash for me since I compiled the versions I uploaded them here. Further testing will show if that remains true
